Team Lead CRM
As Team Lead CRM (M/F/D), you will take responsibility for our multichannel campaigns and develop the CRM strategy along the entire customer journey. Together with your team, you will design creative concepts, manage execution, and ensure that all initiatives are measurably successful. You will keep all relevant KPIs in mind, derive strategic improvements, and continuously optimise processes and tools.
You lead with clarity, openness and collaboration, foster individual growth, and build structures that deliver long-term success. You approach technical processes with curiosity and determination and proactively share your knowledge across the company.

In This Opportunity You Will
- Develop an advanced CRM strategy: Define guidelines for our multichannel communication and ensure customers receive relevant, inspiring messages.
- Lead our marketing campaigns: Plan and prioritise customer journey campaigns, coordinating execution with your team and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure performance excellence: Analyse and evaluate CRM activities, deriving data-driven optimisations to achieve engagement, conversion and retention goals.
- Monitor competitors and trends: Track market dynamics, CRM trends and best practices and incorporate insights into strategic development.
- Drive innovation: Advance segmentation, personalisation, and automation capabilities in collaboration with data and tech teams.
- Ensure brand consistency: Maintain high standards in visual language, tone of voice and brand coherence across all CRM activities.
- Team management: Lead, develop and inspire your team to reach ambitious goals.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, HR and product teams.
Our Perfect Colleague!
- University degree in business administration, marketing, business informatics or a comparable field - or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in leading teams and collaborating across departments.
- Several years managing CRM and online campaigns, ideally focusing on email and mobile marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce, mobility, car rental or B2C marketplaces is highly valued.
- Structured working style with strengths in organisation, prioritisation and project management.
- Excellent understanding of user profile data and synchronisation between backend systems and campaign management tools.
- Strong analytical skills to optimise performance, engagement and conversion.
- Experience using advanced campaign management tools.
- CRM and marketing automation training or certifications are a plus.
- Enjoyment of dynamic environments and cross-functional work.
- Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Living in the Cologne area and happy to work on-site two days per week and join monthly team days.
