Team Lead CRM
As Team Lead CRM (M/F/D), you will take responsibility for our multichannel campaigns and develop the CRM strategy along the entire customer journey. Together with your team, you will design creative concepts, manage execution and ensure that our initiatives are measurably successful. You will always keep the relevant KPIs in mind, derive strategic optimisations and continuously improve processes and tools.
You lead your team with clarity, openness and joy in collaboration, foster individual development and build structures that ensure sustainable success. You approach technical processes and new topics with curiosity and determination, and actively share your knowledge within the company.

IN THIS OPPORTUNITY YOU WILL
- Develop an advanced CRM strategy: Define the guidelines for our multichannel communication and ensure that we reach our customers with relevant, inspiring messages.
- Lead our marketing campaigns together with your team: You plan and prioritise campaigns along the customer journey. You coordinate execution in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and your team members, ensuring flawless delivery in our campaign management tools .
- Ensure performance excellence: You are responsible for analysing and evaluating our CRM activities. Based on KPIs, you derive data-driven optimisation measures and ensure we consistently achieve our engagement, conversion and retention goals.
- Keep tracking competitors and trends: You continuously observe market dynamics, CRM trends and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into our strategic development to maintain our competitive edge.
- Drive innovation and further development: You actively shape the advancement of our segmentation, personalisation and automation capabilities, working closely with data and tech teams to secure the future of our CRM setup.
- Ensure brand consistency: You make sure that visual language, tone of voice and brand standards are consistently and high-quality applied across all CRM activities, from campaign concept to execution.
- Team Management: Lead, develop, and inspire the professionals on your team to achieve the goals set for the team.
- Cross-functional work: Work closely with other marketing, engineering, human resources and product units.
OUR PERFECT COLLEAGUE!
- University degree in business administration, marketing, business informatics or a comparable field – alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship combined with several years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a team, as well as collaborating with various departments.
- Several years of experience in managing CRM and online campaigns, ideally with a focus on email and mobile marketing.
- Industry knowledge in e-commerce, mobility, car-rental and/or B2C marketplaces is highly appreciated.
- Structured way of working with strong skills in organisation, prioritisation and project management.
- Excellent understanding of user profile data as well as data synchronisation between backend applications and operational campaign management tools.Strong numerical and analytical skills to optimise campaign performance, engagement and conversion along the customer journey.
- Experience in using complex campaign management tools.
- Further training or certifications in CRM and marketing automation are a plus.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and in the role of interface between marketing, product, data and tech.
- Excellent English and German communication skills are a must, both written and spoken.
- Candidate based in Cologne (Germany) or Alicante (Spain) highly preferred.
