HR Manager (Spain & Germany) (m/f/d) - Full time, Alicante or Cologne

We’re looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d) with focus on recruiting who supports our HR and Office team in Spain and Germany.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with leadership, support business growth, and help shape how we attract, engage and retain talent across borders.
Your Role
As an HR Manager, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for all HR-related topics in our offices in Spain and Germany. You will act as a trusted partner to our business, combining operational excellence with strategic HR thinking. You will take ownership of recruiting, employer branding and HR operations.
Your Responsibilities
Recruiting and Employer Branding
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles in Germany and Spain.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure strong alignment between business needs, candidate experience and cultural fit.
Continuously improve the hiring process, bringing structure, speed and quality into decision-making.
Maintain and optimize our HR tools, including our ATS and HRIS.
Strengthen and evolve a strong and consistent employer brand across key channels.
HR Operations
Coordinate and drive HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, mainly in Spain but also in Germany.
Ensure smooth HR operations, compliance, and alignment with local regulations and company standards.
Manage employee relations topics with a solution-oriented approach.
Contribute your expertise in Spanish HR practices and administration.
Your profile
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or HR Business Partner role.
Strong background in international Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
Experience in managing HR operations with a focus on Spanish labor administration and employee relations.
Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and regulations.
Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in international environments and collaborating across cultures.
Fluent in English, Spanish and German.
