Online Marketing Manager – Partnerships & Affiliates (m/f/d)
Your tasks
Strategy & Ownership: Manage and grow our affiliate and partnership marketing channels across both brands, with a strong focus on the DACH & French-speaking regions.
Partner Management: Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with key partners such as affiliate networks, publishers, content platforms, influencers, and white-label partners.
Campaign Execution: Develop and implement creative, data-driven marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, reach, and bookings.
Performance & Analysis: Monitor campaign results, track ROI, and translate insights into concrete optimisation measures.
Budget & Negotiation: Take full responsibility for budget planning, forecasting, and reporting — including business cases and contract negotiations.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with CRM, Content, SEO, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.
International Focus: Collaborate closely with our French carigami.fr team and contribute to our international marketing growth strategy.
Market Insights: Keep an eye on market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Our ideal new colleague
2-4+ years of experience in Affiliate and/or Partnership Marketing, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or the online travel sector.
Solid hands-on experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (e.g. Tradedoubler, Tableau, GA4).
Confident in budget management, campaign analysis, and deriving strategic insights from data.
You combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on execution drive: testing, learning, and improving continuously.
Excellent pitching and presentation skills, combined with a confident, professional and persuasive presence in front of internal and external stakeholders.
A team player who enjoys collaborating across departments and building long-term partnerships.
Native or at a professional level in German and English; French is a strong plus!
Degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or Communication (or comparable experience).
You enjoy spending two days per week on-site in our beautiful Cologne office and joining our monthly team days.
