Senior HR Business Partner & Recruiting (m/f/d)
You are a motivated and innovative HR Business Partner & Recruiter (m/f/d) who is eager to support our team as a true strategic partner at every stage of the employee journey. In this diverse and key role, you will drive HR initiatives, foster our vibrant culture, and shape future-proof people processes as well as our talent acquisition efforts in Germany and Spain.
Your day-to-day with us
Recruiting
End-to-end management of the recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles in Germany and Spain
Development and execution of targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure optimal alignment between business requirements, candidate experience, and cultural fit
Continuous optimization of the candidate journey and processes, focusing on structure, speed, and decision-making quality
HR Operations
Independent coordination and management of all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding - with a primary focus on Spain and supporting Germany
Ensuring smooth operations, HR compliance, and adherence to local legal requirements and internal standards
Advice and support on employee relations topics with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
Maintenance and continuous development of our HR systems (particularly ATS and HRIS)
Applying your expertise in Spanish labor law and local HR administration
Autonomous management of HR projects—from initial concept to successful implementation
Our ideal colleague
3–5 years of professional HR experience, ideally in a generalist role or as an HR Business Partner.
Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and relevant regulations
Solid experience in international talent acquisition and employer branding
Background in HR Operations with a strong focus on Spanish HR administration and employee relations
Fluency in English, Spanish, and German
Willingness to work in the office 2–3 days a week
